Delete Your Data

You can permanently delete your PokeCalc account directly without contacting support.

Delete inside PokeCalc

1. Sign in to PokeCalc.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

Deletion is permanent. It removes the authentication account, Pokémon box, friends, preferences, raid-party data, bug reports and attachments, technical errors associated with the friend code, and outstanding invitations.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@mauan.ch with your 12-digit friend code. You may be asked to verify account control before deletion. Do not email your password.

Backup expiry

Deleted records may remain in restricted application snapshots for no more than 14 days and in provider-managed backups for their configured retention period. They are not restored into active use unless a disaster recovery is required.
