Privacy Notice

PokeCalc stores only the account and game-planning information needed to sync your box, friends, preferences, raid parties, and support reports. It does not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.

Information processed

• Your 12-digit Pokémon GO friend code, used as the visible PokeCalc account identifier.
• Authentication records managed by Supabase. PokeCalc does not store your readable password.
• Your Pokémon box, friend list, friendship settings, preferences, and saved raid-party configuration.
• Bug-report text, device/app details, and an optional attachment of no more than 2 MB.
• Limited technical error details, such as the app version, affected screen, browser type, and error message.

Purposes

The information is used to authenticate accounts, synchronize PokeCalc between devices, calculate raid teams, share boxes only between mutually-added friends, answer bug reports, maintain reliability, and protect the service.

Service providers and location

Account, database, function, and file-storage services are provided by Supabase. Hosting for mauan.ch is provided by Swizzonic. These providers process data to operate the service and may use infrastructure or subprocessors outside Switzerland, subject to their contractual data-protection safeguards.

Sharing and visibility

Your box is private by default. Another trainer can retrieve it only when both accounts have added each other by friend code. Bug attachments are stored in a private bucket and are shown only through short-lived Admin links.

Retention

• Account and box data remains until you edit or delete the account.
• Bug entries remain until deleted by the administrator. Their attachment is deleted when the report becomes resolved, declined, or fixed.
• Client-error records are retained for up to 30 days.
• Daily application snapshots are retained for 14 days. Platform backup retention depends on the active Supabase plan.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your box and friends, sign out, change your password, or permanently delete the account from Settings. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@mauan.ch. See the separate data-deletion instructions.

Security

PokeCalc uses authenticated sessions, row-level database rules, private bug media, restricted administrative functions, and short-lived attachment links. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; suspected issues can be reported from Settings.

Changes

This notice may be updated as PokeCalc changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
